For those with something special to celebrate we are happy to cook for you, serve your dinner in your cottage course by course at a time to suit you.
For our menus we always try to buy local produce from quality, like minded businesses, organic if possible … always fresh and seasonal.
Smoked salmon from the Derbyshire smokery, meat from our local butcher … who can tell you which farm the meat came from, cheese, milk and butter from local dairy farmers.
Wherever possible we use our own eggs, salad, herbs, soft fruits and vegetables.
The recipes may not be authentic Peak District, the passion which goes into producing them is.
When ordering there is a max of 2 choices per course for 4 or more diners, one choice for 2/3 diners.
