As you enter Christmas Cottage from the courtyard into the spacious sitting room/dining area you will see the large grit stone fireplace, the log burning stove is surrounded by a comfy leather suite which invites you to curl up and admire the view of the gardens and in the distance Chatsworth House.

There is a well-equipped, open plan kitchen with French doors leading to the east facing terrace, ideal for those alfresco meals. The ground floor bathroom has a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.

Stairs lead from the sitting room up to the bedrooms, one with a double bed and views over the stables and countryside beyond, the other has two single beds, which can be linked together. There is a further shower room with, hand basin and WC on this floor.
