Cancellation

Legally, on agreement and acceptance of a holiday, a contract is made been you and us. Us to provide the holiday as described and you to pay for it, whether you actually take it or not.

In the event of cancellation the hirer will be responsible for the balance payment, the booking is non-transferable and we strongly advise the hirer take out holiday insurance.

However, 30 days notice of cancellation will exempt you from further payment but deposits will not be returned.

Should we have to cancel your holiday our liability is limited to a full refund only.

Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform us by telephone immediately.
Parking

For non commercial vehicles only.
Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the premises.
Pets
-
Sorry, but with the exception of guide/assistance dogs we cannot accepts pets.
General

We shall do everything reasonably expected to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.

Guests shall take reasonable care of their holiday cottage. Please be aware that the named hirer(s) of a cottage is legally responsible for any breakages or damage

The proprietor shall not be responsible to any person for any personal injury, loss of or damage to property or vehicles however caused or sustained.

Blakelow Cottages reserve the right to insist on immediate withdrawal of anyone or any party not complying with the conditions, damaging the property, causing a nuisance to other guests or exceeding the number of guests per cottage as stated in the booking form and brochure.

If the hirer wishes to extend beyond the period booked a verbal agreement will be acceptable and agreement to these terms on the initial booking form will remain extant.

Blakelow Cottages are holiday lets and cannot be regarded as a main or permanent residence.
